Child Policy
- 1. Children aged 5 years and younger will be accommodated free of charge
- 2. Children aged 6 to 12 years will be accommodated with 50% discount on food only if shared room with parents
- 3. Children aged 13 years and above will be considered as adult
- 4. Children occupying their own room will be charged full adult rate
Student Policy
- 1. Student aged 13 to 25 years will be accommodated with 25% discount on room only, which is subject to proof of student identity.
Payment Policy
- 1. At-least 50% of the payment is required for room reservation
- 2. 100% payment is required for room confirmation
Room Cancellation Policy
- 1. 100% refund applicable for cancellation made prior to 30 days of arrival
- 2. 50% refund applicable for cancellation made prior to 20 days of arrival
- 3. 25% refund applicable for cancellation made prior to 15 days of arrival
- 4. 100% retention applicable for cancellation made within 14 days of arrival
